Exesight print portraits at the Spring Fling Ball

Exesight took its studio lighting and onsite printing service on the road this month.

The organisers of the Spring Fling ball, held at Exeter University, were looking for an experienced event photography team and they chose Exesight to provide the following services for their black tie ball:

• Set-up a mobile photo studio at the venue.
• Take photographs of all attendees including individuals, couple and groups in a two hour time slot.
• Provide an onsite print service for approximately 200 guests and supply an A4 colour print to all attendees on the night.

This assignment was extremely challenging and it created quite a few technical and logistical issues to overcome. Thanks to a lot of planning and preparation the ExeSight Team were up and running within no time and everyone had great fun taking photos of the guests. The ExeSight print team created some amazing A4 prints, which were framed and handed to guests before the end of the evening.
